All candles are hand-poured in small batches. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. During restocks, new launches, or holidays, shipping may take a little longer — we promise it’s worth the wait.

We ship via USPS and Fedex, depending on your location and package size. Tracking information is emailed once your order ships.

• Domestic (U.S.) orders: Usually arrive within 2–7 business days after shipment.
• During the summer, shipping may be delayed by a few days. We will ship only on Mondays and Tuesday to ensure your candle doesn't sit and melt in a hot warehouse over the weekend.

We pack every order in plastic-free, recyclable materials — cardboard boxes filled with crinkle paper and glassine instead of plastic where applicable (like scent cards or incense).

If your order arrives damaged or gets lost in transit, reach out to us at hello@fourfiftyone.co with your order number and photos if applicable. We’ll make it right.

We don’t accept returns on candles. However, if there’s an issue with your order, we’ll always work with you to fix it.
