Shipping policy
We currently ship within the United States only. Every candle is hand-poured in small batches, and we take care to ensure each one is properly cured before leaving our studio.
📦 Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within one week. During busy times (such as holidays or special releases), processing may take longer. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order has shipped.
🚚 Shipping Rates
Standard Shipping: $8 flat rate for orders under $70
Free Shipping: Orders $70+ ship free (standard service)
Express Shipping: $20 flat rate
⏰ Estimated Delivery Times
Standard: typically 3–7 business days after shipping
Express: typically 2–3 business days after shipping

🛠 Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at hello@fourfiftyone.co within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the package. We’ll be happy to make it right.
